MARC MEZIBOV: Business litigation can involve disputes between business people and between business people and the businesses for whom they worked. Oftentimes, they involve people who are not directly involved in the dispute itself, such as customers or clients.


What we do with people who come in with business disputes is to make them recognize that that dispute is a dispute with which we are familiar and one in which we feel we can come up with meaningful and productive options.
